Top talents join forces to pay tribute to a legend.

WORDS ANNA RAWHITI-CONNELL / PHOTO CLAIRE GORDON

Everybody knows somebody who’s had a Bob Marley poster on their wall. His name is synonymous with reggae and roots music.

The musician died young, but some of New Zealand’s finest are determined to carry on his legacy with supergroup Marley NZ All Stars. The band includes Ria Hall, Tiki Taane, Laughton Kora, and members of Katchafire, Supergroove, The Black Seeds and LAB.

Confirmed as special guests for UB40’s summer tour, look out for your favourite stars singing Bob Marley’s hits in Waitangi, Napier, Palmerston North, Nelson and Christchurch.
